It filled Ron’s heart with pure delight.
This is a story of a little boy and his beloved cat. One day cat whose name was Lunch, went missing. The boy decided to set himself on an adventure to find his little furry friend. House and garden became a playground and boy’s imagination grew with every step and every jump he took. Although he was worried, boy made this search for Lunch a delightful play.
Did he find Lunch? Where did he go? What made him leave the boy? – all these questions are answered at the end of the book in a very surprising discovery.

Ana Fabijanić lives and works on the island of Pag, Croatia, and writing children’s stories is her passion and hobby. She made her debut in 2021 with the picture book Mačak Ručak, a rhyming story about the interaction of a child and an animal who encourage each other to be active, dream, daydream and love. She is a mother of two and enjoys her everyday island life which is a source of inspiration and playground for her creativity and imagination.

Sven Nemet is a Master of Fine Arts. His area of interests and work are illustration, drawing, painting, photography, board and video games, comics and cartoons. He is very active on doing comics and art workshops with children and has exhibited at several solo and group exhibitions in the country and abroad. As an illustrator, he collaborates with numerous Croatian publishing and media companies. His illustrations brilliantly evoke the atmosphere of the stories, they are dynamic, playful, and humorous. He has illustrated more then 30 children’s books and worked with many famous writers and literary projects.
