This picture book is designed for the first months of a baby’s life, when the visual system is still developing, and contrasts are crucial for the development of vision. However, shapes, patterns, and motifs will remain interesting to babies throughout the first year and beyond.
This series consists of three board books for babies, designed based on scientific knowledge about early child development. They are intended to be used from the very first day of life, with content and visual elements adapted to the stages of a baby’s visual, brain, and communication development.
The books were created by a team of authors in collaboration with child development professionals, including an ophthalmologist, speech therapist, and neuropediatrician. Through simple images, strong contrasts, and repetitive patterns, they help stimulate visual development, focus, and concentration, while supporting the formation of new neural connections in the brain.
